Online Products

Shopping with Logans Fashions is as easy and simple as ever. When you have found what you’re looking for, then simply select your size and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. This will bring you to the cart which will summarise your order. You can remove products from the cart by clicking ‘Remove’. Click ‘Check Out’ to finish the order.

If you have a discount code or gift voucher, then you can use these in the shopping cart. Enter your code into the box provided and it will generate the discount or your gift voucher value.

On each product we describe whether the product is slim fit, standard fit or custom fit and if applicable, details of the model’s height and shirt size in the photo.

We also have a size guide on each product which shows the sizes for each designer and clothing. However, if you need further help then please contact us.

Packaging & Delivery

All UK orders are free and take 2-3 working days, but during busy periods delivery services may take longer.

There is the option of standard delivery, next-day delivery or collection in-store.

All orders are carefully packaged by our team, the order will be in it’s original packaging and placed into our delivery bags.

Yes, your goods are covered by the delivery cost.

Yes, we send all orders with signed for delivery which requires a signature upon delivery at your door.

No, sorry you cannot change your address after it has been dispatched, we’re sorry as we can’t redirect any orders once they’ve left our store.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email including the tracking ID.

If you‘re not home to receive your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to re-arrange collection.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards which includes Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta, as well as PayPal and Klarna.

All credit card details are secured with 128-bit encrypted sessions and all vital information is stored in a heavily fortified database that is protected by government approved firewalls.

Yes, we will be more than happy to help you process a purchase over the phone.

Once you have chosen the products you wish to purchase, checkout and select Klarna. You will then be prompted to register/login to your Klarna account and wait for Klarna to return their decision on whether your purchase was approved or declined.
